SiSiB® organosilanes basic structure is RnSi(OR)4-n, wherein "R" is an alkyl, aryl, or other organofunctional group and "OR" is a methoxy, ethoxy, or acetoxy group.

Phenyl functional silanecan improve thermal stability of other silanes.
